domestic private equity, M&A, venture capital, joint ventures, and
structured finance. Karan has led numerous headline transactions
for marquee clients. His advisory experience is broad-based,
ranging from innovating novel structures for fund formation,
debt, equity, and hybrid investments to advising clients on
private client work, commercial, regulatory, pre disputes advisory
and corporate governance matters. He also works actively on
advising on W&I insurance matters. While Karan believes in
maintaining a sector-agnostic approach, he has gained domain
expertise in financial services, technology, e-commerce,
healthcare, renewables, and infrastructure.
