She advises private equity and venture capital funds, their
portfolio companies, MNCs and other global and regional
investment managers on minority investments, joint ventures, divestments, acquisitions, control deals, restructurings and capital
market transactions. She has significant advisory experience in warranty and indemnity insurance.
