transactional work and general corporate advisory for domestic
and foreign clients.
He is actively involved in advising client on both the sell-side and
buy-side on venture capital and private equity investments, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures as well as regulatory compliances and general corporate matters.
He has represented clients across various sectors, including financial services, consumer retail, educational technology and logistics.
